We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

Putchi accepts exchange, return, or store credit requests for eligible item(s) within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Dresses
• Intimate wear (Hipster Panty, Bump Support, Boy Shorts, Bras)
• Health & nutrition products
• All baby muslin cloths
• All white baby clothing and essentials, including but not limited to:
- Muslins
- Thottil
- Thottil Net
- Onesies
- Rompers
- And similar items

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Must be in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
We cannot accept returns for items that are:
  • Damaged
  • Altered
  • Missing tags
  • Used or washed
Non-Returnable Items:
  • All items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Additionally, customized, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Store Credits:
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your returned item. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and can be applied to any future order.
  • Please note, we do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or credit/debit card reversals.
Duties & Taxes:
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
  • We accept exchanges if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • Once your exchange is processed, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange.
3. Shipping & Dispatch
  •  Fast Shipping: We dispatch most orders within one business day. Delivery can be expected within 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Possible Delays: Due to new tax regime policies in several countries, some shipments may experience delays during origin clearance.
  • Country-Specific Impact: Shipping timelines may vary based on your country’s customs regulations.
  • Clearance Fee: Customers may be required to pay customs clearance/duty fees as per local government regulations before delivery.
  • Address Change: Customers can raise a request to update the delivery address within 2 hours of placing the order on the same day. Requests after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Please email our customer support team at support@theputchi.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at the address provided.
  • After we inspect the returned item, we will process your store credit or exchange.
5. Additional Notes
  • If a returned item does not pass our quality check, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
  • Putchi is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping, so we highly recommend using a trackable service.
  • Please note that we cannot fulfill any requests for customization or size alterations.
