Store Pickup & Local Delivery Policy

1. Eligibility & Timings

  • Store pickup and same-day delivery are available only for products eligible for immediate dispatch (based on the availability).

  • Orders placed under Store Pickup or Same-Day Delivery will be processed between 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

  • Customers opting for Store Pickup can collect their orders anytime between 12:00 PM To 8:00 PM.

2. Preorder / Made-to-Order (MTO) Products

  • Products marked as Preorder or Made-to-Order (MTO) on the website are not eligible for same-day delivery or immediate store pickup.

  • These items require a Minimum of  7-day processing time. Once the product is ready:

    • Customers can pick it up from the store, or

    • The product will be shipped to their address via DTDC or other courier partners.

3. Confirmation Before Pickup

Customers are requested to contact the respective store to confirm whether their order is ready before arriving for pickup mentioning your order number

4. Delivery & Courier Charges

  • Courier charges will not be refunded.

  • If the customer chooses store pickup after placing an order with delivery charges, the amount will be provided as store credit for future use (no refunds).

5. Exchange & Returns

  • For customized or made-to-order products:

    • Only size alteration is allowed.

    • No exchange or return is permitted.

  • As per our exchange policy:

    • Items purchased under sale or discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • No refunds will be provided for any order category.

  • We do not arrange pickup for store pickup or same-day delivery orders after delivery.

  • If the customer requires pickup after delivery, they must arrange their own service (Porter/Rapido, etc.).

6. Doorstep Delivery (Within 10–15 km)

  • For orders within 10–15 km radius, doorstep delivery may be provided through Porter/Rapido, depending on availability and convenience.
