Ready-to-Ship Products

Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier operations.

We currently ship through trusted logistics partners including:

  • DTDC

  • Delhivery

  • ST Courier

Please note that courier services may not operate on Sundays and certain public holidays, which can occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Pre-Order Products

Products marked as Pre-Order are specially produced and are not available for immediate dispatch.

  • Estimated production and dispatch timeline: 15–20 working days

If there are any significant delays, our team will keep you informed.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order products are prepared specifically for individual customer requirements.

  • Processing and dispatch timeline: 3–4 working days

Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please share:

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • An unboxing video

  • Order number and order details

  • Images of tags and packaging

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • An alternative product of equal value

  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase value

At present, monetary refunds are not offered.


Important Information

  • Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order/made-to-order products may be shipped together once all items are ready.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, public holidays, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions.

  • While we work closely with our courier partners, Putchi cannot be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
