Returns & Refunds

As our products are manufactured in limited quantities and many collections are produced in small batches, we are unable to offer returns or monetary refunds for reasons related to personal preference.

This includes:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selected while placing the order

  • Personal fit expectations

  • Preference-related concerns regarding color, print, style, fabric, or texture

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Address modification requests after dispatch

  • Unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts

All purchases made through www.theputchi.com are considered final sale and are not eligible for cash refunds, payment reversals, bank transfers, or credit card chargebacks.

A Note on Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and individual device displays.

Similarly, fabric texture, softness, thickness, and overall feel may be experienced differently by each customer and are not considered manufacturing defects.


Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing concerns can occasionally arise. Wherever possible, we are happy to assist with eligible exchange requests.

Available Exchange Options

Depending on product availability, we may offer:

  • A one-time size exchange

  • Exchange for another eligible product of equal value

  • Store credit equivalent to the purchase value for future purchases

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item should be returned neatly folded and in the same condition in which it was received.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • An unboxing or product video

  • Order details or invoice

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Exchange approval is subject to the product meeting our quality standards.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

Exchange-related shipping costs, including both return and re-shipping charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following products cannot be exchanged:

For hygiene, quality, and inventory reasons, these products are considered final sale.
