Return ,Exchange, Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – At Putchi
At Putchi, we take great care in ensuring that every piece you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following terms:

     1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Eligibility:
    • Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, or missing tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products purchased during sale, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
    • Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds & Store Credits:
    • Refunds will be issued only as store credits, Store credits will be issued after 7 days from receiving the return product  (valid for 3 months from the date of purchase), which can be used for future purchases at Putchi.
    • No cash refunds, bank transfers, or credit/debit card reversals will be processed.
  • Duties & Taxes:
    • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
     2. Exchange Policy
  •    Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged, or if a wrong item is sent. Exchanges request can be made within 5 days of receiving your order  
  •     Replaced /Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-10 working days 
  •     In case of size issues, an exchange is possible, subject to stock availability.
  •     The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for exchanges.
     3. Shipping & Dispatch
  • Immediate Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement.
    products will be delivered within 2-10 working days based on your location. 
  • Summer Popsicle Collection: Due to high demand, orders from this collection may take up to 72 hours for dispatch.
      4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Email our customer support team at  support@theputchi.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided address.
  • After inspection, store credits or an exchange will be processed.
      5. Additional Notes
  • If the returned item does not meet our quality check criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange request.
  • Putchi is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • No customization or size alteration requests will be entertained.
