At Putchi, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Our return, exchange, and cancellation policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Here's a detailed overview:


General Return and Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Return/Exchange Request: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to reach out the return/exchange request.
  2. Return Process: We cannot assist with return or exchange inquiries through Instagram DM or any other contact method apart from the ones mentioned here:

Important Notes :

Sale Items: Products purchased during any sale are Non-Refundable. You can only exchange these items for another product or request a coupon code of the same value you paid.

    Shipping Costs: The to-and-fro courier cost of 80/- or 150/- depending on the product weight will be borne by you if you wish to return/replace the product. In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products, excluding any shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side. We do not offer Cash Refunds Under Any Circumstances.


    Delivery Time:
    We guarantee delivery of plus-size items within 10 days.

  1. Made-to-order (MTO) items require 7 days for dispatch.
  2. Preorders take up to 10 days to dispatch.
  3. Returns: Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
    Sale/Discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Refunds: Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.


    Exchange Process: For exchanges, please pack your product and keep it ready for pickup. We will send our delivery team to collect the product from your doorstep. The replacement product will be sent only when the returned product reaches our warehouse. This process can take up to 15 working days upon receiving your order.

      COD Orders: No refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Our team will call to confirm your COD order. Only upon your agreement will we proceed. If no response is received we will cancel the order. COD is applicable for orders above 4999 /-. And free shipping on orders over 999/- .
        Product Condition: Please return your products with tags attached, unused, and in the same condition as you received them. If the products are found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to provide store credit, a refund, or help with an exchange.

          All pending queries will be resolved the next day. We do not work on Sundays or National Holidays.
          Communication: Please keep all communication with us either on email or WhatsApp for all order-related queries to resolve issues effectively.
            Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
              Clothing Collection: Our clothing collection is a limited edition made-to-order collection and is not eligible for returns. We can only exchange readily available clothing orders, and patterns and models can't be customisable. Customisation can be done only for sleeves if it's sleeveless.
                Delivery Concerns: Ensure you provide a complete address with a landmark and phone number and be available for calls to facilitate effective delivery. Season time delivery may take 15 to 20 days. If you feel the package is not received in the right condition, please make sure you take an opening video.
                  Intimate Wear Recommendation: It is advisable to take one size up. No returns or exchanges for intimate wear unless required.

                  Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your returned item or cancellation request. The refunded amount will be deposited directly into your bank account.
                  Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only to products and services listed on our website, subject to our return policy.

                  Process: Once your refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

                  We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order until it has been dispatched. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. Theputchi.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
