- Products that are mentioned as ‘MADE TO ORDER’ will take around 7 working days to get dispatched.
- The normal delivery time is 4 – 7 days from the date of dispatch.
- The shipment tracking details will be sent to your mail along with the name and contact of the delivery partner.
- Tracking details would be updated roughly within 24 hours from dispatch.
- In case of any delay in delivery by the courier partner, the management is not liable but we will help you track down your package.
All Soulslings® Baby Carriers are eligible for a return/exchange within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, customers can resell the carrier by listing it on the website as a ‘Relove’ product. Click here to resell your carrier.
Please do note that return/exchange shipping charges of 200 rupees will be applicable for returns & exchanges.
Products not eligible for return/exchange: Seconds Baby Carriers, Lumbar Support, Drool Pads, Soft Toys, Baby Shoes, Doll Carriers, Pouch, Storage Bags, Backpacks, Tote Bags, Hoods and Gift Cards.
If you receive a defective/wrong product, it is eligible for exchange.
Refund to your source account will be processed in 5-7 business days, after the carrier is received at our facility and inspected.
Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code. Our delivery partner will attempt pick-up twice, failing which, return shipment will be your responsibility.
Relove and Rescue products are not eligible for return.
COD charges, if applicable, is non-refundable.
