We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and is the utmost priority to us.
Our products sold can be exchanged for replacements only or for store credit only, Double check before you place an order with us
We do not accept Cash Refund requests on any products sold at any time.
For returns & exchanges unboxing video is must.
EASY RETURNS
- If you are not satisfied with what you received, Returns will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery (T&C)
- Returns will be accepted only for eligible products. (T&C)

On request, we will have our delivery partner collect the product at your doorstep.
ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS( T&C* )
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of manufacturing defects, wrong product sent by us), and would want a replacement we will replace them with a different item or available item(s) on eligible orders.
- The items you are returning must be unwashed, and unused with original clothing tags
- Replacements for your orders will be processed once the original items are received and pass the quality checks and are approved for exchange or store credit.
- Keeping hygiene as a priority, Innerwear products such as Panties & bras, Sanitary Pads, Compression socks, Skin and hair care products are not eligible for return or exchanges or store credits.
- RECOMMENDATION: If you are a nursing/ Feeding mother its always advisable to take one size up.
- Return of undergarment is acceptable in case you have received an item with incorrect color, or size (in comparison with your original order), or with product quality issues such as torn, with holes, etc.
- The undergarment items you are returning must be unused, unwashed, and with original product tags intact
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM EASILY on PUTCHI WEBSITE - theputchi.com
- Log on to our Website www.theputchi.com - In the Logo Bar - Click on Login - (Registration not required)
- Enter your email ID - (the email you used to Order) - Click get code
- Go to your Email Inbox- Copy the code and paste and Log In
- On your Account Home page - The products you ordered will be displayed with your order id and Shipment status
- Click on the product you want to return, give the reasons along with some pictures, and request a return or an exchange
RETURN AND EXCHANGES PROCESS (T&C)
- We will review your request - Approve it or Disapprove it within 24 hours
- Approval or Disapproval of return is at the sole discretion
- If approved, we will email you and confirm a time for pickup and also send you a Return pick-up label.
- Pack it and Keep the shipment ready at the time of RETURN pick up and we will pick it up from your doorstep.
- If you miss the Pickup slot, for any reason we will not be able to arrange a different slot again and you will have to hold on to your product and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Once the product reaches us, We will do a Quality check and process your exchange or Store Credit.
SHIPPING FEE
- The shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.
There is no exchange or return on discounted products or the ones purchased on sale or discounts at any point of time.
