There is no exchange or return on discounted products or the ones purchased on sale.
- We take Customer Satisfaction seriously
- We do not accept refund on any products sold
- Our products sold can be exchanged for replacements only.
- If you are not satisfied with what you received, Returns will be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery

ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of size, manufacturing defects, color issue), and would want a replacement we will replace them with different item(s) on eligible orders.
- The items you are returning must be unwashed, unused with original clothing tags
- Replacements for your orders will be processed once the original items are received and pass the quality checks and are approved for Replacement.
- Keeping hygiene as priority, Innerwear products such as Panties & Bra are not eligible for return.
- Return of undergarment is acceptable in case you have received an item with incorrect color, size, or with product quality issues such as mis-stitched, torn, with holes, etc.
- The items you are returning must be unused, unwashed, with original product tags intact.
- The shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.
- The customer bears the return & replacement shipping fee.
- The Putchi will bear the shipping cost of return in case you receive an item with incorrect color, size, or with product quality issues.
