- Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
- All orders would be dispatched within 2 working days of order placement.
- Products that are mentioned as ‘MADE TO ORDER’ will take around 7 working days to get dispatched.
- The normal delivery time is 4 – 7 days from the date of dispatch.
- The shipment tracking details will be sent to your mail along with the name and contact of the delivery partner.
- Tracking details would be updated roughly within 24 hours from dispatch.

EXCHANGE POLICY
1.Your purchase is eligible for exchange , only if you have received a damaged product, and you have sent us the unboxing video, to our email id, within 48hrs of receiving the package.
2.We will initiate the exchange only after scrutinizing the video sent to us by you.
3.We have the Right to deny exchange in case we do not find any fault in the video.
4.If the product was purchased at one of our authorised retailers , please contact the retailers for their return or exchange policy, we cannot accept exchange for items purchased through a retailer.
6.We will notify you once you are eligible for the exchange
7.New product will be shipped to the same address to which the first product was sent.
REFUND POLICY
No purchase made from our website is eligible for Return due to hygiene clause, hence no refund.
