* * There is NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN on DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS or the ones PURCHASED ON SALE * *
• Returns are accepted only if the products have issues in terms of size or manufacturing defects.
• The products once sold are eligible ONLY FOR EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENTS. The request has to be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange/ replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (unused & unwashed) with the product tags intact.
• Keeping hygiene as priority, underwear products are not accepted for returns. Bras can be replaced for a purchase of different size when notified within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• In case the product for replacement is not available at the moment, the customer will be eligible for store credit that is equal to the value of the product.
